Introduction
The Luzon Hawk Owl is a small owl with no ear-tufts. It is also known as the Philippine Hawk Owl.

Distribution: Occurs widely throughout the central and northern islands of the Philippines.
Status: Locally common. Listed as 'Least Concern' by Birdlife International.
