Sulawesi Scops Owl ~ Otus manadensis

Introduction

The Sulawesi Scops Owl is a small owl with medium-sized, prominent ear-tufts. It is also known as the Celebes Scops Owl.

Distribution: Sulawesi and nearby islands including Peleng, Labobo and Siau.

Status: Locally relatively common.
